Save money on travel with an RTD Eco Pass

When I came to know about this perk of CU, I was amazed and could not stop myself enrolling. Being an immigrant, I was not able to get my driving license on time and had to use Uber every day to go to work. This perk not only saved my hundreds of dollars in Uber, but also saved the fuel energy and carbon combustion although in a small level.

I have used the ecopass for as long as it has been offered, even when it wasn't a free benefit, which I greatly appreciate! The ecopass gives me options, for work and for any other time. Before the pandemic, I used it every single day, now walk a lot more often, but I still use it when the weather is bad. Any time I want to head downtown, I use my ecopass, and to the airport as well.

Love getting to use the EcoPass for transport to the airport or to downtown from where I live.

On these HOT HOT days I am glad I can make a choices between the broken AC in my car and the cool RTD rail. Even if this adds an hour to my commute I have more time to Crochet and reed books before and after work while on the train.
 

Pretty good. Takes me a bit longer to get to work than using a car but it's pretty convenient and a cheap alternative to driving every day, public transportation in Denver is not so bad. Using the bus is way better than using the train.

Like the ease of taking RTD to work and downtown. Only wish benefit was free for CU Anschutz campus staff like it is for Boulder and downtown campuses. Think its impact would be heightened given Anschutz is a commuter campus. Plus Eco pass holders are wasting money when RTD has free months during the summer.

Very convenient to go to train station and to reach campus on time. Thank you for providing shuttles on campus. Really helps.

Cost effective to access public transportation (RTD and Light Rail) plus parking options, Increases take home salary by using pre-tax dollars instead of after-tax dollars.
