The University of Colorado recognizes how important this life decision is. That is why CU offers health plan enrollees a variety of tools to assist with family planning, through this comprehensive family-building benefit.

Due to the complex and case-sensitive nature of fertility support, treatment plans offered will be unique to the individual patient and their fertility challenges. Treatment plans may include in-vitro fertilization, associated prescriptions and other cycle-based fertility support programs for up to three cycles. Services require medical authorization prior to being administered to eligible plan members.

Anthem enrollees will partner with WINFertility, a recognized leader in fertility solutions. For Kaiser enrollees, fertility coverage will come from Kaiser’s network providers, ensuring that you receive comprehensive support directly from your trusted health care network.
