Sprintax Tax Prep

International employees and students can use free tax prep software to file their U.S. taxes.

Filing income taxes in the U.S. as an international employee can be daunting. That's why CU offers a limited number of software licenses each year for the Sprintax tax preparation platform. This platform enables users to file their federal tax return (and their state tax return for an additional fee), and many users will qualify for electronic filing.

Licenses are made available each spring to nonresident alien faculty, staff and students who are sponsored by CU.
