Make travel a breeze with a free TripIt Pro subscription

Travel comfortably and confidently with TripIt Pro!

TripIt, the travel booking and itinerary organization application, synchronizes automatically with the Concur Travel & Expense System and Christopherson Business Travel (CBT) to save you time on business and personal trips. With a TripIt Pro subscription, you can receive real-time updates on your flights, check weather conditions and seamlessly integrate your car rental, hotel and other trip activities into one itinerary. 

The TripIt Pro subscription, provided at no-cost to all faculty and staff members, adds multiple convenient features to the TripIt app, such as seat tracking, check-in reminders, alternate flight alerts and baggage claim info.

Activating your complimentary TripIt Pro subscription:

1. Login to the employee portal, click Business Tools under the top dropdown menu, and select the Concur Travel & Expense System tile.
2. On the Concur homepage, locate the TripIt Pro Travel Alert and select Learn More and Activate.
   • If the TripIt Pro Travel Alert doesn’t appear, select Home in the upper left corner of your screen and click App Center. You can then select the TripIt app. Click the Connect button.
   • You may also select Profile in the upper right corner of your screen and click Profile Settings. From the menu on the left, select Connected Apps (under Other Settings). Click the Connect to TripIt link.
3. If you already have a TripIt account, sign in. If you do not yet have a TripIt account, click Sign Up, enter your CU email address, create a password and click Sign Up.
4. Your Concur and TripIt accounts are now linked. You can access your account using the free mobile app, available on iOS and Android, or on the TripIt website. 

To use TripIt Pro to organize your personal travel, click Edit next to that trip and deselect the box to Link with Concur.
