Paired with the CU Health Plan - High Deductible, you contribute funds from your pay on a pre-tax basis to your HSA to cover qualified medical expenses such as prescription drugs and copays. 

The best part? The money you put into this savings account can be invested with tax-free interest. The account is managed by you, even when you leave the university and into retirement.

You can enroll, cancel or make changes to your HSA contributions at any time.

Eligibility: You must be in a benefits-eligible position, working 50% or greater time to enroll in and use this CU Advantage item. You must be enrolled in CU Health Plan - High Deductible to participate. Eligible CU faculty and staff can enroll in, cancel or make changes to their Health Savings Account at any time.
