Colorado Springs is considered one of the healthiest U.S. cities. This is just one reason UCCS has the Gallogly Recreation and Wellness Center right on campus.

This location offers a fully equipped workout area, intramural and club sports and even a pool to take swimming lessons or take a nice dip.

Want to take advantage of Colorado Springs’ local trails but don’t know where to start? Members can join in hosted trips around the state for an additional fee, or they can explore individually with gear rentals.

Memberships can be customizable based on length of membership, ranging from half a semester to an entire calendar year.
