CU Boulder Libraries offer the Video Creation Station, an easy-to-use facility located in Norlin E203, designed for faculty and staff to create high-quality video and audio content. Whether you need to record lectures for online courses, produce podcasts or create other instructional materials, this space is equipped with the necessary technologies to help you succeed.
Reservations can be made for up to 4 hours at a time, with availability in 30-minute increments. The station is limited to two users at a time, ensuring a comfortable and productive environment. Keys are available for checkout at the Norlin East Desk during regular service hours.
Before your recording session, be sure to bring a USB drive formatted in FAT32, VFAT or NTFS, a laptop or tablet, and a laptop dongle (if not using HDMI). Helpful guides, including the Simple Recording System and Tips for Preparing for Your Recording Session, are available to ensure a smooth process.
