Take a break from business — and save on your next getaway.
Through CU’s partnership with United Airlines, eligible employees can receive up to 10% off personal travel fares when booking through United’s Break from Business program.
Discounts apply to most published fares in Economy and premium cabins (Basic Economy excluded) and vary by fare class.
How to access the discount
- Connect your CU work email to your United MileagePlus account in the Concur App Center or through your Concur profile.
- Log in to your MileagePlus account on united.com or the United mobile app.
- Select Personal travel when searching for flights to view Break from Business fares.
The discount will appear automatically when eligible flights are selected.
Program details
Employees may include up to eight additional travelers on the same reservation at the discounted fare, as long as the employee is part of the booking. MileagePlus members continue to earn miles and Premier Qualifying Points (PQP) on discounted tickets.
The discount applies to eligible United-marketed flights for round-trip travel only and requires a Saturday night stay. It cannot be combined with other discounted or private fares and does not apply to government-imposed taxes and fees.
Valid for U.S. points of origin to all destinations and worldwide points of origin to U.S. destinations. Basic Economy fares are excluded.
Bookings must be made by Dec. 31, 2026. All travel is subject to United’s published fare rules and Contract of Carriage.
