Opioid overdose response training equips bystanders with tools and knowledge necessary to aid in an overdose event.

The Health Center at Auraria offers this training to all CU Denver students, faculty and staff at no charge. Attendees will learn how to recognize the signs of an opioid overdose and how to administer the opioid overdose reversal drug Naloxone. The training will also detail resources on how to access free harm reduction tools like Naloxone and Fentanyl Testing strips on-campus and in the community.
