For new parents, nothing is more important than taking time to care for, and bond with their growing families.

That’s why the University of Colorado Boulder guarantees eligible research faculty, nine-month non-tenure track faculty, university staff and classified staff 6 weeks (240 hours) of paid parental leave upon the birth, adoption, foster placement or guardianship of a child.

Plus, tenured or tenure track faculty may be eligible for 18 weeks of parental leave.
