1. Log into the employee portal, and go to the CU Resources area.
2. Select the Training tile on the homepage.
3. Select the Skillsoft Percipio tile.
4. On the left-side menu, click Library. 
5. On this page, you can go to Skill Areas and choose the Leadership Develop Program powered by MIT SMR or scroll down to Follow a guided path and select Aspire Journeys for Leadership.
